Project Overview
This project was a full electrical build for an indoor golf simulator business. The space was essentially an empty unit — we provided new distribution, lighting, circuits, and all simulator feeds so the client could open as a turnkey golf lounge.
Work included panel installation, feeders, dedicated power to each simulator bay, projector and tracking system wiring, controlled lighting for the hitting areas, and general power for lounge / reception / POS.

Scope of Work
- Main Distribution & Panels: Installed new electrical panel(s) and ran feeders to supply the entire tenant space.
- Simulator Bays: Dedicated circuits for each golf bay (screen, sensor/tracking hardware, projector, turf lighting).
- Lighting & Controls: Installed dimmable lighting over hitting areas plus ambient lighting for lounge / seating zones.
- Emergency Lighting: Supplied and installed code-compliant emergency lights and exit lighting for safe egress.
- General Power: Receptacles for reception, POS systems, charging stations, TV displays, and customer seating areas.
- Coordination with Vendor: Worked with the simulator supplier to match exact mounting heights, sight lines, projector throws, and sensor clearances.
- Testing & Turnover: Verified voltage, load, and function at each bay so the space could open to the public immediately.
