Project Overview
The Alley is a bubble tea / specialty drink shop. This project was a full electrical build from an empty unit into an operating retail store with a full drink prep bar, refrigeration, sealing machines, induction heaters, and POS service area.
Work included a brand new distribution panel, branch circuits to all beverage equipment, lighting for both customer area and back prep area, emergency/exit lighting, and power for signage, POS, and displays.

Scope of Work
- Main Electrical Distribution: Installed new panel(s) and breakers sized for continuous-use beverage equipment and refrigeration loads.
- Equipment Power: Provided dedicated circuits and disconnects for brewers, shaker/sealer machines, undercounter fridges, freezers, ice machine, prep sinks, and hot water / induction heating equipment.
- Service Counter & POS: Routed clean power for cashier stations, POS terminals, order screens, and menu display boards.
- Lighting & Ambience: Installed overhead lighting in front-of-house, work lighting behind the bar, and accent lighting to match brand look.
- Emergency / Exit Lighting: Supplied and installed emergency lighting and exit signage to meet life safety requirements for customer occupancy.
- Final Testing & ESA: Load verification, breaker labeling, GFCI where required, and ESA inspection support prior to opening.
Results
- Brand new bubble tea store powered from scratch and ready for service.
- Clean routing and labeled distribution for equipment changes or expansion.
- Lighting, POS, and prep areas energized and tested before opening.
- Life safety lighting in place for public occupancy.
