Just before equipment and panel installation for the Exhaust & Supply systems at the NextStar Energy site, a critical problem was discovered: the grounding points cast into the concrete pads were all offset by two feet from their required positions. With installation imminent, there was no room in the schedule for a slow fix. Seoul Electric was mobilized immediately — correcting all 24 grounding points, restoring the concrete, and keeping the installation timeline intact.
Scope of Work
- Full survey & correction — identified and corrected all 24 misplaced grounding points across the affected pads
- Concrete demolition — selectively broke out existing concrete around each point
- Precise repositioning — relocated each grounding point to its exact required position
- Concrete restoration — re-poured and finished the concrete to match the original pads
- Schedule protection — completed the full correction ahead of the equipment and panel installation dates
