Project Overview
MyMy Chicken is a Korean-style fried chicken restaurant. This project was a full electrical installation from an empty tenant space into a fully operating commercial kitchen and front-of-house dining area.
Work included new service distribution, kitchen equipment feeds, hood and make-up air power, lighting, emergency lighting, and customer area power (POS, signage, menu screens).

Scope of Work
- Main Electrical Distribution: Installed new panel(s), breakers, and feeders dedicated to kitchen and dining loads.
- Kitchen Equipment Feeds: Circuits and disconnects for fryers, warmers, prep tables, refrigeration, make-up air unit, exhaust hood, and fire suppression interlock power.
- Lighting & Controls: Installed general lighting, prep-area task lighting, and dining-area lighting to match restaurant layout and branding.
- Emergency / Exit Lighting: Supplied and installed emergency lights and exit signs to meet code for public occupancy.
- Front of House Power: POS stations, menu board displays, signage, customer outlet locations.
- Inspection & Turnover: Tested loads, confirmed breaker labeling, supported final ESA sign-off so the restaurant could open.
Results
- New restaurant space powered from scratch, fully wired for cooking, prep, and serving.
- Emergency and exit lighting installed to code for public use.
- Labeled panels and clean routing for easier maintenance and future expansion.
- System tested and ready for operation.
