Project Overview
This project was a new luxury home build in Georgetown, Ontario. We provided complete electrical installation from the ground up — service, distribution, lighting, life-safety devices, and smart-ready rough-in.
The work included main service installation, panel and subpanel placement, interior and exterior lighting layouts, custom fixture rough-ins, dedicated appliance circuits, mechanical feeds, and full code compliance for a modern large-scale home.

Scope of Work
- Main Service & Distribution: Installed service entrance, main panel, and sub-panels sized for high electrical demand in a modern custom home.
- Lighting & Controls: Rough-in and install for pot lights, feature lighting, exterior architectural lighting, and smart dimmer/switch locations.
- Branch Circuits: Full branch wiring for general receptacles, kitchen counter circuits, laundry, cold room, garage, exterior outlets, sump, etc.
- Appliance & Mechanical Feeds: Dedicated circuits for HVAC, boiler or heat pump, range, wall ovens, microwaves, fridges, freezers, wine storage, etc.
- Life Safety: Interconnected smoke and CO alarms per code, installed in all required zones and tied to main power with battery backup.
- Future-Ready Conduit: Provided rough-in for security, cameras, data, and optional EV charging for long-term flexibility.
- Inspection & Approval: Coordinated ESA inspections and ensured full compliance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.
Results
- Full-service electrical system built to support a large custom home.
- Clean panel layout and labeling for easier maintenance by the homeowner.
- All lighting, life-safety, and mechanical feeds installed to code and inspected.
- Rough-in prepared for future EV charging, networking, and security systems.
